Geenty Group brokers five leases totaling 15,775 s/f

The Geenty Group, Realtors in Branford leased a 4,000 s/f industrial unit in a multi-tenant facility at 59 Eastern Steel Rd., Milford. The new tenant is American Integrity Restoration, a building renovation and restoration business. Stephen Weir is the company's manager. Bill Clark of The Geenty Group represented the landlord, Connors Properties, LLC. The tenant was represented by Jon Angel of Angel Commercial of Fairfield. The Geenty Group also leased 800 s/f at 124 Research Dr., Unit F, in Milford. R.S. Capital Group, LLC is the new tenant. David Scalia heads up this company which provides merchant lending services and credit card processing. The landlord is D'Amato Investments, LLC. The tenant was represented by Barry Stratton, and the landlord was represented by Bill Clark. The Geenty Group brokered a three-year lease of 3,750 s/f of office and warehouse space in a 25,000 s/f multi-tenant flex building at 801 North Main St. Extension, Unit #6, Wallingford. UniTek Global Services Inc., the new tenant, will subcontract work for Comcast Cable Company. The tenant was represented by Tim McMahon of O,R & L Commercial, and the landlord, The Verna Family Insurance Trust, was represented by Kevin Geenty, SIOR and Kristin Geenty, SIOR. According to Kristin Geenty SIOR, president of The Geenty Group, Realtors, a 6,600 s/f free standing industrial unit in a multi-tenant facility at 25 Eastern Steel Rd., Milford, has been leased. The new tenant is Business Microcosm Corporation, d/b/a BMC Imports. President Artemy Saguirian said that BMC Imports is the exclusive national importer of The Jewel of Russia brand of vodka. They are also a wholesale distributor of many other fine liquors, wines, and beers. David Fleischman represented the tenant, while Bill Clark represented the landlord, Connors Properties, LLC. The Geenty Group was the sole broker in the transaction. The Geenty Group also leased 625 s/f at 47 Clapboard Hill Rd., Guilford. Super Kids Club, LLC will use the space for its office and conference room areas. Director Barbara Cooper related that Super Kids Club provides programs for children with autism and related issues. The landlord is Nunu Khorsandi. The tenant was represented by Barry Stratton, and the landlord was represented by Bill Clark.
