Geenty and Clark of The Geenty Group receive award from Greater New Haven/Middlesex Association of Realtors or the 2015 Industrial Lease “Deal of the Year"

Brandford, CT Kevin Geenty SIOR, and William Clark, both 30 year veterans of The Geenty Group, Realtors, received a joint award and plaques from the New Haven CID (Commercial Investment Division) of the Greater New Haven/Middlesex Association of Realtors for the 2015 Industrial Lease “Deal of the Year.” They received this award at the annual CID Awards Dinner in December at The New Haven Country Club.

This award was for the long term lease of 80 Commerce St., East Haven. Boston Granite Exchange, Inc. leased 28,808 s/f on over 5 acres. This is a modern building with new two-story offices, high ceiling clearances, 9 truck docks, including 3 interior docks, and a 10 ton crane. The tenant is a distributor of high quality granite with locations in the Boston area, and they are planning on expanding their territory in Conn. Patrick Byrne is the company vice president. Geenty and Clark were the agents for the landlord, New Haven Realty Corp. while Seth Boynick of Boynick Realty Co. represented the tenant.

Attorney Al Ippolitto of New Haven was the attorney for the landlord, and attorney Christopher Agostino was the attorney for the tenant.
