Beal and Gifford of Perry Brokerage broker 23,000 s/f lease to Bolt Depot

Hingham, MA According to Perry Brokerage, a full service commercial brokerage firm serving Boston and the South Shore, Bolt Depot, an internet fastener retailer, has executed a lease for 23,000 s/f at 100 Research Rd., in South Shore Park. They join Best Chevrolet, Venus Wafers and Plastocor in bringing the property to 100% occupancy. Rich Beal and Jon Gifford of Perry Brokerage represented the landlord A.W. Perry in this transaction.

“Our expansion and relocation to the South Shore Park in Hingham puts our warehouse within 2 minutes from Route 3, and our 30-plus employees minutes from their homes and everything that Derby Street has to offer” said Gary Cazeault general manager of Bolt Depot. “We are excited to partner with A.W. Perry.”

100 Research Rd. is a 100,000 s/f industrial building in South Shore Park. South Shore Park is located at Exit 15/Derby St. off of Rte. 3.
