Gauvin and Mitchell of MG Commercial broker $950,000 sale
East Providence, RI Dan Gauvin and Leeds Mitchell IV of MG Commercial Real Estate completed the sale of an 11,050 s/f office and industrial facility for $950,000.
Gauvin represented the seller, the Vellano Corp. and Mitchell represented the buyer J.J. Cardosi, Inc. in the transaction. The buyer plans to renovate the building and keep the land for their own use.
MG Commercial is a full service commercial real estate brokerage firm located in Providence.
