Gallagher and Boudrot of NAI Hunneman renew ITT Tech's 20,000 s/f lease
NAI Hunneman's advisory service team completed a 20,000 s/f lease renewal for ITT Technical Institute at 200 Ballardvale St.
NAI Hunneman executive vice president and principals Evan Gallagher and Jim Boudrot represented ITT while the landlord was represented by Christopher Lawrence of JLL.
"We considered multiple viable options in the market, but when all was said and done staying in place in their current facility was the best solution for our client," said Gallagher.
