Silicon Labs has executed a 10-year lease at Berkeley Investments' 343 Congress St. Silicon will take 25,810 s/f and occupy the entire fourth floor. 343 Congress St. is a five story 111,000 s/f building, located in the Fort Point Channel neighborhood.
Silicon Labs' new office at 343 Congress St. will house research and development teams as well as sales and administration.John Driscoll of Cushman & Wakefield represented Berkeley Investments and Thomas O'Regan of JLL represented Silicon Labs in the lease.
Berkeley Management will provide construction management services for Silicon Labs' full floor renovation and will continue to provide 343 Congress St. with property management services.
