Fusion Design and Elaine Const. complete 55,000 s/f for Harvard Pilgrim Institute

401 Park Drive, Landmark Center in Boston 401 Park Dr., Landmark Center - Boston

Boston, MA Fusion Design Consultants Inc. was the architect/interior designer for Harvard Pilgrim Institute’s department of population medicine space at 401 Park Dr., Landmark Center. Elaine Construction served as the general contractor for the 55,000 s/f project. Samuels & Assoc. is the owner/property manager of the 952,000 s/f mixed-use building.

Energy performance, sustainable materials and construction practices allowed the new space to achieve LEED Silver certification.

The Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Institute’s Department of Population Medicine in collaboration between Harvard Pilgrim and Harvard Medical School. The new space brings with it expanded research area, improved technology and greater opportunities for collaboration.

Founded in 2005, Fusion is a full-service, multidisciplinary design firm, specializing in interior architecture and graphic design with offices in Boston and Washington, DC.
