Fulcrum Associates recognized by the Associated Builders and Contractors of NH/VT for excellence in construction

Fulcrum Associates was recognized at the annual Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of NH/VT Excellence in Construction Awards celebration on October 24 at the Capital Center for the Arts for their excellence in construction. Fulcrum received two awards at the event, an Award of Excellence for The Center at 17, the conversion of the former Nashua YMCA building at 17 Prospect St. into a 56,000 s/f medical services building for Southern New Hampshire Health System. The firm was also recognized with an Excellence in Construction Award for the LaBelle Winery building in Amherst. The new 20,000 s/f winery and event center nestled on the hillside of the former Bragdon Farm on Rte. 101 is a family business, run by winemaker Amy LaBelle and her husband Cesar Arboleda.
