French Team of Marcus & Millichap brokers $3 million sale of 34,200 s/f

Taunton, MA Marcus & Millichap sold 82 Taunton Depot Dr., a 34,200 s/f retail property, according to John Horowitz, first VP/division manager of the firm’s Westchester office. The asset sold for $3 million.

This was a single-tenant off-market deal where both the buyer and seller were repeat clients of the French Team, led by Joseph French Jr. in Marcus & Millichap’s Westchester office. French and
Jeffrey Stearney, also an investment specialist on the French Team saw an opportunity that could benefit both the seller and buyer, private investors, so engaged both parties and facilitated the sale

“The buyer was an end user of the property which had been vacant for many years,” said French.

The site is shadow-anchored by Target, Kohl’s, and Home Depot.
