Fraumeni joins the Timberline Construction Corp. team as director of business development

Bud Fraumeni has joined the Timberline Construction Corp. team as director of business development after working with Timberline from the client's perspective as director of real estate for TGI Fridays. At Timberline, Fraumeni joins Aurora Cammarata, VP of business development and marketing. He will work with the marketing team to implement business strategy and provide client service support. He will focus his efforts on building existing and new client relationships for Timberline in the retail, restaurant, hospitality and multi-unit markets within the northeast. Fraumeni has worked as a real estate executive for most of his career, developing more than 250 restaurants around the country. With over 20 years of experience developing locations for retailers and restaurants, from 1,500 to 5,700 s/f in size, he has achieved a proven track record of producing high-profit site selection in multiple markets nationwide. Among others, Fraumeni has served as real estate manager for Qdoba Mexican Grill, director of development at Pinnacle Partners, real estate director for the 99 Restaurants and Applebee's International, as well as the director of development for Brinker International's New England restaurants. Fraumeni is a Worcester Polytechnic Institute graduate and has his bachelor of science in Engineering, Urban Planning and Development. He holds his real estate broker License, is a notary public and has completed Boston University's financial planning curriculum. Fraumeni is a member of the National Solar and Renewable Energy Association and has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) for 17 years. Fraumeni's easy-going personality, team approach and sense of humor make him a pleasure to work with. Timberline is very pleased to have him on the team as a contributor to the company's continued growth as a strong northeast general contractor and valued partner in the development industry.
