Franklin Savings Bank promotes Sawyer and Aquaro

According to Jeffery Savage, president & CEO of Franklin Savings Bank, the bank has promoted Ken Sawyer to business development officer and Millie Aquaro to regional branch manager within the bank's retail group. The appointments will support the bank's strategic focus on developing a sales and service culture centered on the customer experience. "It gives me great pleasure to announce the promotions of Ken and Millie in our retail group," said Savage. "This realignment will better position our focus on enhancing the customer experience by providing our retail team with the proper focus they need to attract, retain and expand customer relationships." Sawyer will be responsible for external development activities throughout the bank's geographic footprint to include identifying new business opportunities, deposit and loan portfolio growth. He will be based at thebank's Gilford office located on Sawmill Rd. in the Village of Gilford. Sawyer joined FSB in 2006 as branch manager of the Laconia office and was later promoted to regional sales manager in 2010. Aquaro will have oversight of the bank's Bristol, Gilford and Laconia offices where she will focus on coaching and supporting sales, service and operational initiatives. She joined FSB in 2009 as a part-time teller, then was appointed to operations manager in 2011. Prior to joining the bank, Aquaro was employed with Putnam Investments as operations manager/recruiting manager.
