Fradkoff of Angel Commercial leases 6,000 s/f

Orange, CT Lester Fradkoff, senior vice president of Southport-based Angel Commercial, L.L.C., completed the lease of 6,000 s/f of retail space located at 517-519 Boston Post Rd., to U.S. Furniture, owners of City Furniture Home Décor in Stamford, Conn.

“This will be their second retail location,” said Fradkoff, who represented both the landlord and tenant in this transaction. “Adjacent to Bob’s Discount Furniture, the shopping plaza at 517-519 Boston Post Rd. has superb visibility along Orange’s retail corridor, making it an ideal location for U.S. Furniture.”

The company opened their first store in Stamford in 2014 and plans to open their new location within the next few months.
