FoxRock Properties arranges 360,000 s/f lease for Yankee Candle

Hatfield, MA FoxRock Properties, a real estate investment, development, and management firm, have arranged a lease with The Yankee Candle Company, Inc., which now occupies the full building at 142 Elm St. FoxRock acquired the building in 2022 and signed a 10-year lease with the company after the acquisition.

The industrial asset, which totals around 360,000 s/f on 50 acres, is located just a quarter mile from I-91. With parking and 47 loading docks, this property is well suited for warehousing and distribution.

“This highly-functional and well-located property is an excellent addition to our fast-growing portfolio,” said Bryan Giudicelli, director of business development at FoxRock Properties.

Yankee Candle, the largest specialty brand of premium scented candles in the U.S., moved into the facility in July of 2023. Founded by Mike Kittredge, Yankee Candle is one of the most recognized names in the candle business.

“FoxRock is excited to add such a notable organization to our tenant roster,” said Mark Carroll, managing director at FoxRock. “We look forward to helping support their businesses in any way we can.”
