Fox of MerryFox Realty handles $5.34m sale

Salem, MA Dan Fox of MerryFox Realty, a leading real estate firm north of Boston, represented the buyer on the purchase of the commercial property located at 218-222 Highland Ave. This industrial building, featuring over 40,000 s/f of manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution B2 zoned space is located on 3.3 acres on a high traffic road, with access to major routes including MA Rte. 128 and I-95, and less than 30 minutes from Boston Logan International Airport. The property, ideally suited for the warehouse/distribution user wanting superior visibility and access to major routes through Boston’s north shore, was sold for $5.34 million.

Located on Rte. 107, with 480V, 1,200 Amp phase 3 power, 24’ clear height, 36 parking spaces, a total of nine loading docks, six with levelers, this facility, allowing business function with excellent ease and efficiency, was an excellent investment for the client and represents another successfully executed transaction for MerryFox Realty.
