Four new tenants open at South Cape Village

According to David Kaplan, leasing manager at South Cape Village, a 160,000 s/f grocery anchored shopping, four new tenants opened at the center. The Mashpee Chamber of Commerce has opened their new visitor center and offices in a 1,212 s/f inline space at 17 Joy St. Tacos Tacos, a tacquiria style takeout and quick-serve, opened in August. It is a 994 s/f space. M. Cohen & Sons, a high-end architectural custom metal designer and fabricator serving both residential and commercial construction also opened in August. M. Cohen & Sons, a part of spiral staircase manufacturer The Iron Shop, has taken 710 s/f. Recently opened is Stephen Haines Photography, featuring portrait and event photography, and Wicked Restaurant and Wine Bar has added an additional 1,000 s/f to its previous 4,755 s/f footprint. South Cape Village is an outdoor center, which appeals to year-round customers and draws from the Cape's 5.3 million annual visitors.
