Fortis Property Group welcomes residents at 168-unit The Parker - a new condominium development overlooking Boston Common

Boston, MA According to national real estate developer Fortis Property Group, they have officially commenced closings at The Parker, a new condominium development overlooking Boston Common. The Parker creates a first-of-its-kind attainable yet luxe living experience at the convergence of the city’s Back Bay, Beacon Hill and Theater District neighborhoods. With move-ins now underway, The Parker offers the unique opportunity to own a fully furnished turnkey home in the city.

“With The Parker, we have created a new residential experience that pairs the glamour of New York City’s luxury lifestyle with the seamlessness of fully furnished homes,” said Jonathan Landau, CEO of Fortis Property Group. “Discerning buyers appreciate this rare opportunity to own a move-in-ready home inside a full-service luxury condominium at the nexus of Boston’s most desirable neighborhoods. We’re thrilled to welcome our first residents home.”

Named in honor of Sarah Parker Remond, whose activism led to the integration of the Old Howard Theater, The Parker sports bold architecture by Stantec and interiors from Linda Zarifi of Zarifi Design that are inspired by the Theater District’s history of personal expression. Ranging from studios to two-bedroom homes, each of The Parker’s 168 residences features nine-foot ceiling heights, oversized panoramic-view windows, five-inch-wide oak flooring, and custom design details. Turnkey residences are available furnished with a custom, furniture collection designed by Linda Zarifi.

Residents of The Parker also enjoy access to a suite of club-like amenities reflecting the drama of the building’s location, including a fitness center designed by Gronk Fitness; the Cue Room, a games space with a custom billiards table; the Velvet Room, a private screening room; the Rose Lounge, a speakeasy-inspired bar space; and the Vue, a roof deck offering panoramic skyline views.

“The Boston market is starved for new buildings at this price point,” said George and Manny Sarkis of the Sarkis Team at Douglas Elliman, who is exclusively handling sales at The Parker.

“Buyers are flocking to our open houses because we are the only game in town.”
