Foote of O,R&L brokers 14,500 s/f lease to Hoffmans Gun Center

Steve Foote of O,R&L Commercial, LLC recently represented the tenant, Hoffman's Gun Center, Inc., in the leasing of approximately 14,500 s/f of retail space at 2686 Berlin Tpke. The landlord, 2686 Berlin Tpke., LLC, was unrepresented. Hoffman's Gun Center will be moving from their current Berlin Turnpike store. The new location will include a state of the art indoor range that will provide a training facility for local and state police. Hoffman's also offers private instruction and education in firearm safety, and there will be an NRA certified range officer on duty at all times. They plan to open the new facility by June of 2008.
