Cumberland, RI The Foncellino Team of Coldwell Banker Commercial listed and sold a 5,000 s/f multi-family building at 3814 Mendon Rd. for $300,000.

The seller was Susan Chonka. The buyer is Dave MacDonald Properties LLC.

The two family house, located on a 17,000 s/f corner lot, with 2-3 bedrooms, large attic has potential for two bedroom apartment with town approval. Buyer has renovated both units with new heating systems and kitchens and bathrooms. The garage is new construction with larger parking lot. Basement is walkout with storage areas built for each tenant. New coin operated washer and dryer for tenants.

First floor lease seller to remain as tenant with suitable tenancy agreement. Subject to seller securing suitable housing.

The buyer has added this 1930 classic multi-family to his portfolio of properties in the Cumberland area. Wood shingle exterior and new roof replacement are planned.
