Foncellino Team of Coldwell Banker Commercial sells 9,500 s/f for $450,000
Hopkinton, RI The Foncellino Team of Coldwell Banker Commercial listed and sold two buildings in the village of Ashaway at 440 Main St. for $450,000. The seller was the Elaine Johnson Trust and the buyer was Stanton Terranova.
One building is industrial/warehouse space and the other is a fully-leased multi-family building. The buildings, totaling 9,500 s/f, are located on 48,000 s/f lot with room for more expansion and development.
The industrial building has three phase electric, two overhead doors and two operational overhead cranes.
The buildings are located a half mile to R.I. exit 1 of I-95. The property is centrally located and is 30 minutes to Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport, 35 minutes to Quonset Business Park and 20 minutes to Groton/New London, Conn.
The new owner is an investor, looking to construct a small warehouse building and has listed the industrial building for lease.
