North Smithfield, RI The Foncellino Team of Coldwell Banker Commercial listed and helped lease two office buildings at 650 Eddie Dowling Hwy. totalling 4,200 s/f on 1.5 acres.

The Foncellino Team assisted the buyer in leasing two buildings which were fully furnished, to The Lynch Construction Co., which will use the buildings for their construction site for the $196 million project to improve the Rte. 146 corridor, replacing multiple bridges, paving eight miles of roadway and correcting numerous safety and congestion problems. More than 171,000 vehicles travel Rte. 146 between Providence and Worcester daily.
