Foncellino Team of Coldwell Banker Commercial leases 1,500 s/f
Smithfield, RI The Foncellino Team of Coldwell Banker Commercial Division listed and leased 1,500 s/f of retail space at 466 Putnam Pike. The retail space is located in a strip mall on Rte. 44 with Stop & Shop, Jersey Mike’s Subs, and Panera Bread Co. are located nearby.
The new tenant, Val’s English Tea and Pie Shop, is an authentic British-style tearoom with 90-minute services, with tea served in bone China, complimented by a three-tiered tray of savory and sweet pies.
Foncellino Team was the listing and leasing agent. The lease is for three-years NNN.
