Foncellino Team at Coldwell Banker Commercial sells 4,000 s/f
Warwick, RI The Foncellino Team at Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC) listed and sold a 4,000 s/f building at 42 Greco Ln. to Pierce Properties, LLC.
The building is presently used by a doggie day care business. The Foncellino Team placed the doggie day care tenant with a long-term lease and the tenant has made many upgrades to the building.
Pierce Props. also owns 36 Greco Ln., and will continue to use 42 Greco Ln. as an investment property for the real estate portfolio.
