Fletcher of Coldwell Banker Millett sells 6,000 s/f
Kevin Fletcher, CCIM, of Team Fletcher at Coldwell Banker Millett Realty sold a 6,000 s/f industrial building at 230 Merrow Rd. for $310,000 to MillBran, LLC.
Ryan Bishop of NAI The Dunham Group represented the seller, Bishop Properties, Inc.
