Fleischman of The Geenty Group leases 1,660 s/f to Metro PCS

According to Kristin Geenty, SIOR, president of The Geenty Group, Realtors, 1,660 s/f of retail storefront has been leased at 272 Main St. in the former Pocket Wireless location. Zone Wireless Corp. d/b/a Metro PCS, is the new tenant. Metro PCS is a provider of cell phones and low rate service plans without contracts. They are one of the fastest growing companies in the country that offer wireless broadband personal communication services. David Fleischman of The Geenty Group represented the landlord, SKF Main, LLC. Metro PCS was represented by John Faris of CB Richard Ellis-Grossman Retail Advisors of Boston, Mass. In another transaction, Pro-Tech Enterprises, LLC expanded its lease at 375 Morgan Lane in West Haven. The tenant leased an additional 896 s/f of space and will now occupy a total 1,792 s/f. Pro-Tech Enterprises distributes auto parts and has been a tenant since 2006. Bill Clark of The Geenty Group represented the tenant, and the landlord, John C. D'Amato & the LAD Trust.
