Fishman Realty Group leases 4,600 s/f

Fishman Realty Group leased 62 MacArthur Circle East.This 4,600 s/f building is located in the center of Redbank Village, and has been previously used as a licensed daycare facility and neighborhood center. The lessee Roots and Fruits is a national holistic learning group that plans to relocate and expand their existing daycare business from Portland, while also incorporating progressive community programming at this location. Alan Fishman and Jessica Perry represented the owner, Home Properties, Inc. "I am really looking forward to having Roots and Fruits in our community," said Redbank property manager Leslie Horne.
