Fishman Realty Group handles 4 transactions
Marc Fishman of Fishman Realty Group sold the 52,000 s/f Gorham Sports Center, at 215 Narragansett St.
Fishman represented the buyer Narragansett St. LLC. The seller, Camden National Bank, was represented by Tranzon Auction Properties
Fishman also sold a 1 acre site, lot #33, in the Enterprise Business Park, Scarborough.
Fishman represented the buyer, BMS Realty LLC.
Fishman Realty Group leased 2,500 s/f at 470 Forest Ave. in Portland from First Maine Investment Group.Alan Fishman represented both sides.
