Alan Fishman of Fishman Realty Group facilitated 3 lease renewals for owner Thompson Point, Inc.
* Concord Coach Lines renewed a lease of 2 acres serving as supplemental parking for coaches and clients.
* Oakhurst Dairy renewed a lease of 1 acre for delivery vehicle parking.
* Johnson & Jordan, Inc., a mechanical contractor, renewed a lease of 2,500 s/f of industrial shop space.
