Fishman Realty brokers 2 leases - 7,000 s/f
Flaggship Landscaping, a four seasons landscaping company has leased 2,000 s/f of workshop space at 46 Saco Rd., Building B.
Alan Fishman of Fishman Realty Group represented the landlord.Gary Lamberth also of Fishman Realty Group represents the tenant.
Hawkes Acoustical has leased 5,000 s/f of warehouse and office space at 46 Saco Rd., Building D. Alan Fishman represented the landlord, and brought the tenant.
