Fishman of Fishman Realty Group sells 4,325 s/f to Fortress Network

Alan Fishman of Fishman Realty Group represented the buyer, Fortress Network Solutions in the purchase of 124 Alfred Rd. Judy Andrews of Andrews Milligan Real Estate represented the seller. Fortress Network Solutions, an IT design and consulting firm, relocated from Portland. The move to a location South of Greater Portland is in response to the growth of business in the Greater Boston market, and allows better access to regional airports to service national accounts. "We have found this location, with close interstate access to all locations to be a significant step in our company's growth," said the director of business development, Aaron Pudlow.
