First Bristol signs Care New England for 27,000 s/f at 171 Service Place, Warwick

Care New England has recently signed a long term lease to occupy 27,000 s/f at 171 Service Place. Care New England (CNE) is the formation of Butler Hospital, Kent Hospital, Woman & Infants and the Kent County VNA. This office space was ideal for CNE due to its central location with access, parking and a first class office space presentation, said Jamie Karam, vice president of First Bristol Corp. Don Morash, principal of Abbott Properties, represented CNE and consummated this transaction helping CNE transition from inquiring about space to taking occupancy with 200 employees in just over three months. "This was a perfect match for Care New England's short and long term space needs" said Morash. First Bristol has also renewed its long term relationship with First Marblehead Corp. extending their occupancy at 171 Service Place. First Marblehead has recently occupied Tuition Management Systems having been successful at this location for the past twelve years. First Bristol Corp. is a 35 year old real estate development firm specializing in office, retail, and hospitality development and management.
