Fini Real Estate Group sells Dollar General

Fini Real Estate Group, Inc. has completed the sale of the Dollar General property located at 8 John Stark Highway. The 10,200 s/f free-standing building sits on a 3.2 acre parcel in Newport's retail district. Dollar general is a discount retailer operating approximately 9,500 stores in 35 states. Tom Fini of the Fini Real Estate Group, represented the seller, Ola Grande Realty, LLC, and Wilma Wilson and Kenny Sell of Real Time Realty assisted the buyer, Donzi Realty, LLC. According to registry records, the property was sold for $1.08 million.
