Fini Real Estate Group completes $1.965 million sale
Fini Real Estate Group, Inc. has completed the sale of three of the five buildings that comprise the Hollis Village Marketplace. The center is anchored by Harvest Market, Edward Jones, and The Hollis Academy of Children. The 26,266 s/f shopping plaza is developed on a 12-acre tract of land, situated in the primary retail district of the community. The Nashua Bank provided financing to the buyer.
Tom Fini of the Fini Real Estate Group represented the seller, Mapo Associates and Brad Vear of Vear Commercial Properties assisted the buyer, Phoenix Lane, LLC.
According to registry records, the property was sold for $1.965 million.
The Fini Real Estate Group, Inc represents buyers and sellers of investment grade retail, office and industrial properties.
