Feiner of MG Commercial sells 39,600 s/f warehouse at Quonset Point Business Park
North Kingstown RI Dan Feiner of MG Commercial representing Bluestone Development Group, LLC in participation with Britton Burdette of Marcus & Millichap representing PCM Properties of R.I. completed the sale of a 39,600 s/f, single tenanted investment property in the Quonset Point Business Park at 185 Compass Circle. The tenant is PODS, Inc. PODS specializes in the portable moving and storage industry and provides an on-site containerized storage unit known as Portable On Demand Storage (PODS) along with warehouse storage. PODS has been a tenant since June 2008.
The sale price was $2.675 million.
