Feiner of MG Commercial sells 2 buildings 21,600 s/f for $1.238 million

Providence RI Dan Feiner of MG Commercial Real Estate working with Bank of America through their receiver completed the sale of 790 North Main St. to New England Pension Plan Systems. The property is a two-level 8,600 s/f office building which will be converted to the new headquarters for NEPPS on one floor and the balance of the space will be available for lease. This property was sold for $589,875. Additionally, Feiner working with Washington Trust through their receiver completed a deal at 1630 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence, with George Paskalis of MG Comm'l. who was representing Bluestone Development Group. This property is a 13,000 s/f medical office and retail building. It is being refurbished. The property was sold for $650,000.
