Feiner of MG Commercial completes $475,000 sale in Pawtucket

Dan Feiner, of MG Commercial represented ownership of 361 Reservoir Ave., completed a 14,400 s/f deal with Sav-A-Lot who was represented by Dan Plotkin of Northeast Retail. There remains 6,500 s/f adjacent space. Furthermore, Feiner and Sylvia Stamm of MG Commercial represented 550 Hartford Ave. and completed a 9,700 s/f lease transaction with Children's Friend who was represented by John Cregan of Paramount Properties. Also at that Center, Feiner worked on the Family Dollar lease extension and expansion. Additionally, Feiner completed leases between The Discovery Group and Pella Windows and Doors for 2,560 s/f at 20 Commerce Way, Seekonk, as well as negotiating a 4,000 s/f deal with I Love Kick Boxing at the same center with the former Landlord. Furthermore, Feiner completed a deal with Thrift Bargain clothing store for 6,500 s/f at 2272 Pawtucket Ave., East Providence. Lastly, Feiner represented Piezoni's Restaurant in the purchase of 99 Newport Ave., Pawtucket a 1,700 s/f former KFC for $475,000 from L&L Realty Partners LP who was represented by Victoria Doran of Coldwell Banker.
