Feiner of MG Comm'l. leases 5,000 s/f to Ardeo Restaurants
Dan Feiner, senior V.P. of MG Commercial represented the ownership of Ardeo Restaurants in a 5,000 s/f lease in Waterplace Park at 1 Union Station. Feiner found the location which was in receivership. The landlord is the R.I. Foundation. Ardeo is making modifications to the space in preparation for their opening.
The restaurant will have 95 dining room seats, 40 bar/lounge seats and a 50 outdoor patio seats.
