Feiner and Stamm of MG Commercial Real Estate Services sells 14,000 s/f mixed-use building for $962,500
Dan Feiner and Sylvia Stamm of MG Commercial Real Estate Services, representing the ownership of 314 Pocasset Ave., sold a 14,000 s/f mixed-use office and retail investment property for $962,500.
The current tenants include a dental office, marketing firm, natural healing store and religious facility. The property has onsite parking as well, and sold for an 11% cap-rate.
