Feiner and Mitchell of MG Commercial lease 12,000 s/f retail
Dan Feiner and Leeds Mitchell of MG Commercial Real Estate represented BWB Realty in the lease of 790 Bald Hill Rd. to Fireplace Products.
The property is a 12,000 s/f free-standing retail building with parking and signage. The building has 16' clear ceiling heights, loading dock and visibility on Rte. 2.
Fireplace Products will be relocating from West Warwick and plan to open in September.
