Capital Commercial Real Estate, LLC brokered a long term ground lease for a 3-story, 93,000 s/f self-storage facility located at 10-24 Providence Highway. Ellen Faye of Capital Commercial represented the landlord, Parkway Development Associates, and Ernest Wronka of Wronka Ltd. represented the tenant, SSG Development. The property is now under construction with completion expected later this year.
Also, Capital Commercial leased prime retail property located at 1630 VFW Parkway in West Roxbury. The property consists of a free-standing building with a drive-through and was leased to Bagelville.
