Farley and Tanguay of SVN Masiello Commercial
lease 60,000 s/f industrial
Belmont, NH Cassandra Farley, commercial real estate advisor and Dave Tanguay, commercial real estate advisor of SVN Masiello Commercial arranged a 60,000 s/f industrial lease for Store Opening Solutions.
SVN partnered with Savills of Chicago to facilitate the lease at 1213 Laconia Rd.
Roger Dieker, partner/managing broker, Mike Tamposi, partner, and Chris Healy, partner of The Boulos Company represented the landlord.
Store Opening Solutions is owned by Marmon Retail Solutions, a Berkshire Hathaway company. They offer retail inventory consolidation for store openings and remodels.
