Fair of Hayes & Sherry leases 4,085 s/f to Shape Up The Nation

Matt Fair of Hayes & Sherry Real Estate Services recently leased 4,085 s/f of office space at 111 Chestnut St. to Shape Up The Nation. Interior construction is currently underway for the fit-out and Shape Up The Nation plans to take occupancy this month. 111 Chestnut St. is a three story, 22,000 s/f building located in the Jewelry District. The building was purchased and completely renovated in 2007 by Durkee Brown Architects. The building serves as Durkee Brown's corporate headquarters and is also home to Ingenta Inc. Fair represented the tenant. Shape Up The Nation, an online, team-based, corporate wellness program, was founded in 2006 by Rajiv Kumar and Brad Weinberg, two Brown University Medical students. The company offers a number of different wellness programs designed to encourage weight loss and exercise through social networking and friendly competition. Their unique value proposition offers employers an effective way to help reduce healthcare costs and encourage teamwork.
