Eysenbach of R.W. Holmes handles 25,200 s/f lease
to Streetwear, Inc.

Holliston, MA R.W. Holmes has negotiated a 25,200 s/f new lease to Streetwear, Inc.

Streetwear, a full-service apparel and headwear company offering seamless integration of concept design and from sourcing to manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution, leased the entire 25,200 s/f flex building located at 56 Boynton Rd.

R. W. Holmes, executive vice president John Eysenbach, executive vice president at R.W. Holmes, was the sole broker in the transaction.

Hopping Brook Park is a high-quality park master-planned development with extensive landscaping, underground utilities, and easy access to Rte. 495 and Rte. 109 in Milford, Mass.
