Saugus, MA Nordlund Associates, Inc. represented People’s United Bank, the owner of 129 Ballard St., in the sale of a 17,000 s/f multi-unit facility set on 1.95 acres located off of Rtes. 107, 1A and 129. The property was purchased by 129 Ballard Street, LLC for $950,000.

Chris Everest, president of Nordlund Associates, Inc. and Anthony Triglione, vice president, were the sole brokers of record in the transaction.
