Ervin joins NAI Hunneman's property management group as assistant vice president in Boston

According to NAI Hunneman, Timothy Ervin has joined the company's property management group as an assistant vice president, focusing on the management of office and retail properties in greater Boston "Tim brings a new dynamic to our management team that we will build around," said COO & director of property management Steve Prozinski. "His experience with urban buildings is a big plus and that expertise will flow to the properties he is charged with managing." Ervin joins NAI Hunneman from CBRE where he managed a portfolio of mixed-use office, retail and industrial commercial buildings totaling in excess of 1.5 million s/f in California. Most recently he had been managing class A office buildings in Cambridge where he oversaw several large tenant improvement projects and capital projects. He was also responsible for on-site administration staff, engineering staff, cleaning staff and security staff. Ervin's other duties included financial reporting, budgeting, tenant relations, contract negotiation and assistance with the lease negotiations.
