ERA Morrison and Concord Management negotiate lease for Angela's Pizza
According to Dick Bruno, general manager of ERA Morrison Commercial Properties, Angela's Coal Fired Pizza has successfully negotiated a long term lease on 890 Broadway on Rt.1.
Bruno represented Angela's Coal Fired Pizza. This will be the flagship location for this new concept in a full service casual dining experience.
Angela's Coal Fired Pizza will feature an open kitchen design with two enormous coal ovens, the first of its kind in Mass. The coal fired process enhances the flavor profiles of the pizza and other menu items which sets it apart from other cooking processes and creates a unique dining experience. The new operation is owned by Eric Sederi, president. His partner, Al Guevara, will be the vice president of Operations. Both men are local residents and have extensive business management and restaurant experience.
Acting on behalf of the landlord was Bruce Gurall and Travis Snell of Concord Property Management. The site was previously occupied by Papa Gino's restaurant.
The owners of Angela's plan a complete interior/exterior renovation to the property which will showcase Angela's and plan for a grand opening this month.
