Equity Office promotes Lally to Vice president of operations
Equity Office Properties has promoted Sandra Lally to vice president of operations. The Equity Office portfolio, nearly 12 million s/f of class A office space in the Boston Market, is rich with signature properties including South Station, Rowe's Wharf, Cambridge Science Center, New England Executive Office Park, One Post Office Square and the Wellesley Office Park. Lally has been in the real estate industry for 28 years and with Equity Office for the past 14 years in national and regional finance as well as operational roles.

As vice president of operations of Equity Office Properties, Lally will oversee all property management and engineering teams. Previously, she was vice president of regional finance for Equity Office where she managed financial reporting and the administration of the operating and capital budgets for the Boston portfolio. Prior to that she was general manager at Equity Office, where she was charged with repositioning key assets, developing and managing budgets, forecasts and variance reporting. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Bentley College.
Lally is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) - Member, the New England Women in Real Estate (NEWRE), Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) the Wellesley Chamber of Commerce - Executive Committee Board Member (2005-2008), and is co-chair Equity Office Properties Women's Network (2005-2006).
