EnviroVantage names Rodgers senior estimator and hires Burkhart as estimator

Mike Rodgers fills the newly created position of senior estimator. Rodgers joined EnviroVantage in 2010 as an estimator and brought with him over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. New to the team is Ken Burkhart who has been added as an estimator.
