Elite Group at KW Commercial and Sweeney Real Estate lease 29,000 s/f industrial
Pawtucket, RI Michael Alves of the Elite Group at KW Commercial on behalf of the lessor Sami and Tara Trust leased 29,000 s/f industrial space at 89/93 Dunnell Ln.
The tenant, Interplex Engineered Products, was seeking additional storage requirements, surplus to current facilities in a tight northern Rhode Island industrial market.
Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisers represented the tenant.
