Eastport Real Estate Services awarded property management assignment

Gloucester, MA Eastport Real Estate Services is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the property management assignment for 28-40 Washington St.  In addition to the day-to-day management, Eastport will also handle the asset management function, reporting, accounting and maintenance for the property.

This assignment adds to Eastport’s growing retail portfolio, which now equates to approximately 20% of Eastport’s commercial managed portfolio.
