The Drew Company celebrates grand opening
of SkySail at Driftway

Scituate, MA The Drew Company, a Boston-based, privately held, real estate development and management company, celebrated the grand opening of SkySail at Driftway, the newest transit-oriented mixed-use development, on October 3rd

SkySail at Driftway is a 109,842 gross s/f luxury mixed-use development located at 340 - 348 Driftway and 318 Driftway. The project consists of six buildings with 78 rental units including 12 income-restricted units, 9,000 s/f of retail and commercial space, and 160 parking spaces. 

The entire site was formerly surplus parking for the MBTA Greenbush Commuter Rail Line Station located across Old Driftway. Drew Company purchased the site from the MBTA and constructed a new parking lot for the MBTA on a portion of the site as part of the arrangement with the MBTA. The development is located close to Scituate Harbor.

We thank the entire Scituate community for their support as we constructed this project with our contractor Dellbrook | JKS through the pandemic and look forward to being the newest addition to Scituate’s vibrant landscape,” said John Drew, president, Drew Company.
